Hanoi advance to AFC Cup interzone finals

Hanoi FC will play in the AFC Cup interzone finals for the first time after defeating Turkmen Altyn Asyr 5-4 on aggregate.

In the first leg a week ago, Hanoi FC won 3-2 at home. However, with two away goals, Altyn Asir only need to score one in the second leg to advance.

Hanoi got a reason to worry because their players had to fly 10,000 kilometers and spend 26 hours on the plane to reach Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
