Supermodel Ming Xi, wife of Mario Ho, the heir of late casino magnate Stanley Ho, has sparked rumors of a potential third pregnancy after the couple was seen visiting a private hospital.

According to Dimsum Daily, footage captured by paparazzi on Dec. 2 showed Mario accompanying Xi to a doctor’s appointment. He was later seen collecting her medication and offering her a glass of water.

The video quickly circulated online, leading fans to speculate about the couple expecting another child. While many extended congratulations, others questioned the assumptions, suggesting Xi’s visit could simply be for a routine check-up.

One netizen remarked, "Does a woman going to the hospital automatically mean she’s pregnant?" Another echoed, "Can’t she just be going for a regular check-up?"

This isn’t the first time pregnancy rumors have surrounded the supermodel. In 2023, similar speculations arose after photos of Xi at a dinner event appeared to show a slightly raised abdomen, as reported by Yahoo! Life. She later denied the claims on Weibo, reassuring fans that the rumors were unfounded.

Xi, 35, began her modeling career in 2009 and has worked with top fashion brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Givenchy, and Michael Kors.

She married Mario, the son of casino tycoon Stanley Ho and his fourth wife, Angela Leong, in 2019. The couple currently has two children, a five-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl.

Since joining the Ho family, Xi has scaled back her entertainment career to focus on family life and business ventures. Her dedication has reportedly earned the admiration of her mother-in-law. On Xi’s birthday this year, Leong gifted her a yacht valued at HK$4.6 billion (US$591 million).

Mario, an MIT graduate, made history as Asia’s youngest founder of a Nasdaq-listed company at age 29 when his esports company, NIP Group, went public on July 26.

Mario comes from a large family with diverse business interests ranging from casinos to shipping to real estate. His father Stanley, who passed away in 2020, fathered 17 children with four different women he considered wives.

The family’s fortune is estimated at approximately US$13 billion, according to Bloomberg’swealth index. As of Sep. 23, Forbes estimated that Mario’s mother Leong possesses a net worth of US$2.4 billion, ranking her as the 33rd wealthiest individual on its 2024 list of Hong Kong’s 50 richest people.

The majority of Leong’s wealth derives from her extensive real estate holdings in Hong Kong, Macau, and major cities across China.
