Reports from Sohu indicate that the singer and his girlfriend spent the occasion together in Li’s native Xinjiang, an autonomous region in China.
Wang then traveled to Chengdu in southern China, nearly 3,000 kilometers away from Xinjiang, to perform at his concert, before returning to Xinjiang. The couple was then photographed horseback riding in the autonomous region.
Sources say that due to Li’s career in Xinjiang and Wang’s commitments in Beijing, the couple is mainly in a long-distance relationship. Despite that, Wang often travels to Xinjiang, while Li also occasionally makes trips to Beijing to see him.
Sinchew disclosed that the public first noticed the couple’s relationship when they were seen having dinner with Wang’s mother and children on May 19, celebrated as this year’s Mother’s Day. Subsequently, Wang acknowledged their romantic ties.
Wang has expressed that Li’s daring personality deeply inspires and fuels his creativity.
According to Sina, Li, also known as Sen Lin Bei, graduated with an arts degree and works in the tourism industry in Xinjiang.
Wang, known for his rock music career and his role as a coach on "The Voice of China," married Zhang, 45, in 2015. This marriage was Wang’s third and Zhang’s first.
The couple announced their divorce in October last year.
Zhang gained international fame for her performance in the 2000 film "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," which received 10 Academy Award nominations. She has also earned several awards for her role in the 2013 film "The Grandmaster."
