Vietnam obtained three points in a tough game against Myanmar thanks to the only goal by captain Do Hung Dung.

Indonesia are topping group A with six points, after defeating Philippines 4-0 in the early game on Friday.

A win against Myanmar will get Vietnam to the top with seven points.
