Footballer celebrates third anniversary with beauty queen girlfriend

Hau and My celebrated another year of love on August 15. The couple had dinner and took photos, which were then shared with their followers with accompanying sweet words.

"Our special day," My wrote on her Instagram account. "Happy & lucky to have you in my life. I love you!"

Hau left a comment containing heart emojis under My’s post as a response.

Hau once said one of the things he treasured the most in My was her friendliness and willingness to work hard despite coming from a wealthy family.

"My was born in a big city, but I feel like there are no differences between her and girls in rural areas," he said. "She could take care of all of the house chores."

Hau, 23, gained popularity after he became a regular starter in the national football team. In 2018, he won a SEA Games gold medal with the team.

He and My, 22, were introduced to each other through mutual connections. A few months after My attended the 2020 Miss Vietnam contest and made it to the top 10, they started dating.

The couple publicized their relationship in 2022. Hau has been seen joining My’s family on various trips, while My has been seen supporting Hau at many of his matches.
