Vietnam rank second in Asia-Pacific region in the rate of tourists' frequency of art performance attendance at home and abroad, according to a Visa report.

A total of 41% of Vietnamese respondents report attending such concerts, after India on 45%.

Indonesia came third with a rate of 40%, according to the report released by the world's leading electronic payment firm.

The report surveyed 8,400 people, aged between 18 and 65, in 14 countries across the Asia-Pacific region.

Recently, Vietnamese tourists have flocked to regional countries like Singapore, Thailand and South Korea to watch concerts performed by world-renowned popstars combined with short holidays.

Data from travel e-commerce platform Klook in July showed Vietnam was among the top eight countries that have booked the highest number of Singapore tour packages for Taylor Swift's upcoming concert next year.

"The Eras Tour" is the ongoing concert tour by U.S. singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. The show in Singapore, to take place in March 2024, will be Swift's only destination in Southeast Asia.
