The driver, Vu Tuan Anh, 30, was driving the four-seat car registered in the province as he crashed into several motorbike drivers at the red light in Thuan An Town of the southern province, which borders Ho Chi Minh City, on Tuesday afternoon.
Police found Anh was driving under the influence of alcohol. A breathalyzer test revealed that he had 0.743 mg of alcohol per liter of breath at the time.
The collision caused a man to get stuck on the hood, as the car continued thrusting forward.

After the man on the hood fell onto the street, the car hit a further two motorbikes and a pickup truck parked on the side of the street and only stopped after hitting a street divider.
The accident left three people injured, with no fatalities recorded.
Anh has been detained facing criminal charges.
Any level of alcohol present in the system while driving is illegal in Vietnam. Car drivers with an alcohol level of up to 50 mg per 100 ml of blood, or 0.25 mg per liter of breath, can be fined up to VND8 million and have their licenses revoked for as long as 12 months.
