Victoria School inaugurates first school year with 'happy school' model

To meet UNESCO's model of a "happy school," Victoria School has designed a space in harmony with nature, complying with green criteria and integrating modern facilities in HCMC.

The school also invests in technology, a team of leaders and highly qualified teachers, an advanced curriculum, and teaching methods geared towards capacity development.

In addition, students also have the opportunity to work in enterprises to practice and direct their future careers.

Le Thuy My Chau, deputy director of the HCMC Department of Education and Training, said that the school was established to help the education and training industry in HCMC have a new learning environment for children.

"Facilities are a necessary condition; and improving the quality of teaching and learning is a sufficient condition. I believe in the quality of education at the school in the coming time," he said.

With a team of administrators who are leading experts in the field of education, Khai Hoan School in Saigon South expects the school's approach to always be innovative to match the direction of the students.

According to Dr Le Nguyen Trung Nguyen, principal of Khai Hoan School, Saigon South, the school always tries to bring students a green learning environment and an advanced Vietnamese education program combined with Cambridge International School.

The school will be operated by a team of experienced Vietnamese and international managers committed to providing quality programs at a reasonable fee.

Also at the inauguration ceremony, the first student at the school, Anh Thu, expressed her eagerness for the new learning journey.

"In the new school year, I want to achieve my personal goals, become an elite student at a happy school, and be a global citizen in the future," the student said.

Built on a 15,000-square-meter campus, Khai Hoan School, Saigon South, is fully equipped with a wide range of classrooms and functional classrooms.
