According to The Star, the event, held at a restaurant in Hong Kong’s Central District, saw Chow and Leung joining Leung’s wife, actress Carina Lau, for a memorable photo, which Lau later shared on her Instagram account.

The trio starred together in the 1985 TVB police drama "Police Cadet," and Chow, 70, and Leung, 63, last appeared on screen together in the 1992 action thriller "Hard Boiled."

They were former TVB actors before they moved into films.

Chow previously worked with To on several films, including "The Eighth Happiness" (1988), "All About Ah Long" (1989), and "The Fun", "The Luck & The Tycoon" (1990). Leung collaborated with To on "The Royal Scoundrel" (1991) and "Lucky Encounter" (1992).

Lau, 60, also shared another photo featuring her, Leung, To, and To’s wife, Wong Po Ling. In her caption written in Chinese, she reflected, "We have known each other for 40 years, having first met while filming "The Duke of Mount Deer". Happy birthday, Sir To."
