According to HK01, user on a Chinese social media platform posted a video featuring the couple in the French town, capturing the attention of many. In the video, Lau is observed walking and snapping pictures, with Leung following behind. Wearing high heels, Lau often leans on her husband’s arm for support while navigating stairs and occasionally rests her hand on the back of his neck.

The uploader of the video was amazed to encounter the famous couple in person and remarked on their affectionate behavior, commending Lau for her beautiful and slender figure, as well as dignified demeanor.

On her Instagram, Lau posted several pictures from her and Leung’s time in Nice, including a shot of the couple taking commemorative photos, as well as pictures of them socializing with friends and sipping champagne in an ancient castle. The actress captioned her Instagram posts: "As the years slowly flow, we leisurely wait."

Reports suggest that the couple thoroughly explored Nice during Lau’s visit to Europe, where she met with her husband amidst his filming commitments.

For the last few months, Leung has been predominantly in Germany, working on the film "Silent Friend" directed by Hungarian filmmaker Ildikó Enyedi, starring alongside French actress Léa Seydoux.

Last year, rumors circulated that Leung was romantically involved with a model 36 years his junior and had fathered a child with her. Both Leung and Lau refuted these rumors, reaffirming the strength of their marriage. Amid these allegations, they made a public appearance at the Venice Film Festival in Italy, where Leung, while accepting a "Lifetime Achievement" award, tearfully expressed his gratitude towards his wife.

Nevertheless, certain sources claimed they were "faking" their emotions.

Lau, 59, began her acting career in 1984 and quickly became a prominent figure in several successful drama series during the 1980s.

Her venture into cinema, including roles in two sequels of "Infernal Affairs" and in "2046" directed by Wong Kar-wai, has significantly boosted her international fame.

Leung, 62, embarked on his acting career in 1982 and has since been celebrated as one of Asia’s most distinguished and internationally recognized actors.

He is particularly noted for his collaborations with Wong Kar-wai, having worked with him on seven films, including "In the Mood for Love," which earned him the Best Actor award at the Cannes Film Festival.

The couple got married in 2008.
