Thailand’s ‘most beautiful transgender’ shines alongside husband at public events

Born Poy Treechada, the 38-year-old model underwent gender-affirming surgery in 2003. She subsequently won the 2004 Miss International Queen contest.

In addition to her modeling career, she is recognized as an actress and entrepreneur.

She became the first Thai transgender person to appear on TC Candler’s list of the 100 most beautiful faces in 2015.

Her husband Hongyok, 42, is the heir to a restaurant, coffee, and tourism service company in Phuket.
