Billion-dollar infrastructure fuels real estate boom
Da Nang's real estate market has long been a key area of interest for both domestic and international investors. Known for its scenic beauty and as a growing economic and tourism hub in central Vietnam, the city is often referred to as "Vietnam's most livable city."
With a clear vision for the future, Da Nang is steadily working towards becoming a smart city, an innovation-driven economic center, and a global destination.
Over nearly a decade, a series of strategic initiatives have begun to show positive results, driving Da Nang's real estate sector into a new phase of more sustainable growth.
In 2025, the city is expected to continue attracting significant investment, with plans to launch large-scale projects exceeding VND150 trillion (US$5.86 billion) in the first half of the year, fostering growth in the economy, tourism, and real estate sectors.
One key development is the establishment of Vietnam's first Free Trade Zone (FTZ). Coupled with the Lien Chieu deep-sea port project, which has a capacity of 50 million tons per year, these initiatives aim to create a modern logistics ecosystem, attracting substantial investment from both local and international enterprises.
Government policies are also supporting market growth. Three major laws - the Land Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and the Housing Law - took effect on Aug. 1, 2024, contributing to the recovery and development of the real estate sector.
With these favorable conditions, Da Nang is emerging as a hotspot for major real estate projects such as TTC Plaza Da Nang, the VND44 trillion ($1.72 billion) Lang Van International Resort, the VND43 trillion ($1.68 billion) Asia Park complex, FPT Group's VND5 trillion ($195.5 million) projects, as well as numerous high-end resorts along the Son Tra Peninsula, which collectively exceed VND60 trillion ($2.35 billion). Additionally, Viettel Group is investing over VND2 trillion ($78.2 million) in a new IT complex.
Vital role of shopping malls
According to Avison Young Vietnam, international retail corporations such as Aeon Mall, Central Retail, and Lotte are expanding their investments in Vietnam, recognizing its strategic importance in Southeast Asia.
Aeon Mall's presence in TTC Plaza Da Nang is a major attraction, offering a diverse mix of brands, dining options, and entertainment facilities. This retail hub will serve both residents and visitors, enhancing the investment potential of the project.
Located on the busy Dien Bien Phu Street, TTC Plaza Da Nang is strategically positioned with four street-facing facades, opposite the 29/3 Park, a large green space, and just five minutes from Da Nang International Airport. The project is set to become a key commercial center in the city.

Landmark development in city's heart
Spanning over 122,000 sq.m, TTC Plaza Da Nang is a multi-purpose complex with 18 floors, two basement levels, and a four-story podium covering 30,286 sq.m. The development includes 126 serviced apartments, 150 hotel rooms, and more than 20,000 sq.m of office space, making it an attractive investment for long-term opportunities. Additionally, the complex will feature a Tui Suneo-standard resort with 150 internationally rated four-star hotel rooms, offering a world-class resort experience in the city center.
The developer has committed to completing the project by the first quarter of 2026. TTC Plaza Da Nang is progressing rapidly and is expected to become a key hub for commerce, services, hospitality, and entertainment, providing prime investment and business opportunities.
Incentives for early buyers include a 12-month rental subsidy for apartment owners, regardless of tenant occupancy, along with an exclusive furnishing package (limited availability). A major sales event will be held on April 19, offering an opportunity for investors to capitalize on the emerging market trends and increase asset value.
