SASCO profits nearly quadruple in third quarter

The Southern Airports Services JSC (SASCO) reported after-tax profits of VND131 billion (US$5.4 million) for the third quarter, its highest since 2019, and up 3.7 times year-on-year.

It reported net revenues of VND714 billion, up 72%, mainly from duty-free sales and airport lounges, according to its latest financial statement.

Net profits for the first nine months were VND241 billion on net revenues of VND1.887 trillion, up 99% and 124% year-on-year.

Its shares shot up by 8.5% to VND25,400 on Wednesday.
