100 best places to work in Vietnam in 2023

Nestle Vietnam secured first place in the “Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work 2023” ranking, while Abbott, Acecook Vietnam, Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam and FPT Group were listed in the Top 10.

The other companies in the top 10 were Pfizer Vietnam, Samsung Vina, Suntory Pepsico Vietnam, and Vietcombank, according to the annual ranking of human resources consulting firm Anphabe in collaboration with market research firm Intage Vietnam.

In the 10th edition of the ranking, some companies that entered the Top 100 for the first time included BIM Group, CJ Foods Vietnam, Jollibee Vietnam, Imexpharm and VietinBank.

This year, the ranking also includes a list of 100 best medium companies to work for, apart from the traditional large enterprise ranking.

The medium ranking placed PepsiCo Foods Vietnam in the top place.

The remainder of the Top 10 were Decathlon Vietnam, Johnson & Johnson Vietnam, Mead Johnson Nutrition Vietnam, Nippon Paint Vietnam, Nokia Vietnam, Schindler Vietnam, TikTok Vietnam, and Traphaco.

To make the ranking, Anphabe and Intage Vietnam conducted surveys of 63,878 employees in 18 different job categories on the brand attractiveness of 752 companies.

Anphabe provides recruitment solutions for over 600 businesses, including Workplace from social media giant Meta and recruitment platform LinkedIn.
