A stunning blue creation embellished with feathers and three-dimensional floral appliques, the gown heightened the allure of Li's presence at the red carpet of the event on Thursday. Her ensemble was perfectly paired with a necklace and earrings set featuring precious stones from Harry Winston, along with a half-updo hairstyle, and a soft and natural makeup look.
The dress, a part of the Fall/Winter 2024 collection named "Pearl of the Far East" by designer Tra Linh for her Hacchic Couture label, was crafted by 15 artisans over six months and is distinguished by a tulle skirt liberally adorned with hundreds of sparkling crystals.
Tra Linh said Li's representatives reached out to her following the collection's unveiling in Shanghai on March 26.
"The selection of the gown was influenced by its cohesive palette of pastel shades, which aligns seamlessly with the actress's fairy-tale-like, romantic persona," the designer added.
Li, 34, received her bachelor's degree from Beijing Dance Academy where she specialized in folk dance. She made her acting debut in 2016.
Tra Linh, 32 and and hails from Lam Dong Province, initiated her venture into the fashion industry by establishing a luxury bridal gown boutique in 2013. Beyond cultivating her brand within Vietnam, she has expanded her reach to the fashion markets of the Middle East, Europe, and America.
