Liu Yifei gifts film crew Louis Vuitton bags

To celebrate the conclusion of the shooting of her TV drama series “The Tale of Rose,” Chinese-American actress Liu Yifei gifted each member of the film crew a bag from Louis Vuitton.

Many have praised the actress for her classy act which shows her appreciation towards the film crew staff and promotes the luxury brand for which she is an ambassador at the same time, according to Chinese news site Sinchew.

Along with the designer bag gifts, Liu also reportedly threw a party for the whole crew using her own money.

Adapted from a novel, "The Tale of Rose" is currently in post-production. A trailer of the series was recently revealed, attracting many compliments for Liu’s pretty look. Many said she was "as beautiful as an oil painting."

The series is scheduled to air next year.

Liu, 36, made her first TV appearance in 2003 with the period romance drama "The Story of a Noble Family," which finished as the highest-rated series of the year of the Chinese national broadcaster CCTV, and she rapidly rose to fame.

She advanced to the big screens in 2008. She has since participated in various Chinese and Hollywood movies, including the lead role in the 2020 live adaptation of the 1998 Disney animated film "Mulan."

In parallel with her acting career, Liu has established her name in the fashion industry, serving as the brand ambassador and the face of various prestigious fashion houses including Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Dior, Emporio Armani, and Chaumet.
