Vietravel Airlines opens new route to Bangkok

Vietravel Airlines has just unveiled a new international route from HCMC to Bangkok as part of an effort to expand its flight network between Vietnam and Thailand.

On February 9, Vietravel Airlines launched commercial flight VU131 from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. This is the airline's second international route, following the opening of the Hanoi-Bangkok route in December 2022.

A one-way ticket for the HCMC-Bangkok route can be purchased for VND1,154,750 ($48.96) including taxes and fees.

Recently, Vietravel Airlines was named the world's fifth best leisure airline at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2022. It has also received the World Travel Award as "Asia's Leading New Airline."
