Following the visa revocation, he will be detained at the Phuket Immigration Office pending his deportation, the Bangkok Post reported.
The move following a wave of public criticism among Thai netizens who called on tough actions against the businessman.
Thai authorities said the man had demonstrated behavior "deemed detrimental to society's peace and order," The Phuket News reported.
The incident came to the light after the victim told on social media she had been kicked in the back on Feb. 24 by the Swiss man while sitting on steps at Yamu Beach in front of his villa in Thalang District.
Following online outrage, the man on March 1 apologized to the victim but denied the assault, saying that he had slipped on the steps and accidentally kicked the woman.
The event also reignited demands from numerous Thais for the government to uphold the legislation that prevents beaches from being privately owned, and to guarantee public access to beaches, The Nation reported.
