After visiting the central beach city of Da Nang, the family went to Hoi An, where they experienced a coracle boat tour in the Bay Mau nipa palm forest, around three kilometers from Hoi An.
A coracle boat tour that takes about 45 minutes costs VND150,000 (US$6.44) per person, including entry fees. Visitors can watch crab fishing and fishermen performing a unique dance in their coracle boats.

In addition to strolling around the ancient town, the family visited local restaurants to try goi cuon (fresh summer rolls), a popular Vietnamese street food. This dish is made by wrapping rice paper around pork, shrimp, herbs, and rice vermicelli. It’s best eaten dunked in sweet and sour fish sauce or a thick peanut dip.
Fann Wong was the first Singaporean actress to break into Hollywood, playing Chon Lin in the 2003 film "Shanghai Knights." She was also the youngest actress to win the Star Award for All-Time Favorite Artiste.
The couple, who acted as lovebirds onscreen in TV series such as "The Return of The Condor Heroes", dated for nine years before tying the knot in 2002.
