Actor Lai Lok Yi and actress Joey Thye, both popular celebrities in Hong Kong, recently visited several tourist attractions in Hanoi and Quy Nhon during a business trip to Vietnam.

While in Hanoi, the duo visited the famous Train Street in the city's Old Quarter.

On Tuesday, Thye shared a photo on her Instagram account, where she has over 250,000 followers, with the caption "Hello Vietnam," showing her at a coffee shop along the Train Street.

The street is well-known for its makeshift coffee shops situated alongside the train tracks, which stretch approximately two kilometers from Le Duan through Tran Phu, Cua Dong, and Phung Hung Streets. Although the area has been closed to tourists due to safety concerns, many still flock to the coffee shops to pose for photos with the passing trains.

The pair also visited Quy Nhon in central Vietnam, where they explored local attractions such as the Twin Towers on Tran Hung Dao Street, located about 3 km from the city center, and Lang Song Church, one of the first establishments to print books in Quoc Ngu, the Vietnamese writing system based on the Roman alphabet.

Lok Yi, one of TVB's most popular actors, spent years in supporting roles before gaining widespread recognition with the 2012 sitcom "Come Home Love," which significantly boosted his career.

Joey Thye is also a rising star at TVB, known for her role in the movie "Love at First Lie."
