Bangkok, the bustling capital of Thailand, claimed the number one spot.
"Bangkok is a teeming megalopolis of 11 million people, where centuries-old temples stand alongside gleaming skyscrapers, pleasure boats glide down the meandering Chao Phraya River as the BTS Skytrain soars over busy avenues thronged with traffic, and street food is just as revered as fine dining," the magazine noted.
The city is also famous for its stunning Buddhist pagodas, which draw tourists who often don traditional Thai costumes for photographs.
Singapore, renowned for its low crime rates and strict laws, was second on the list, followed by Tokyo.
Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City with its blend of French colonial architecture, modern skyscrapers, and lively nightlife took fourth place, while Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur rounded out the top five.
The remaining five spots went to Hong Kong, Seoul, Sydney, Shanghai, and Taipei.
