HCMC has one of Asia's best nightlife

The ranking assessed 140 cities across the region based on the number of nightlife venues—such as bars, pubs, and clubs—rated above four stars on global travel platform Tripadvisor.

HCMC, home to the vibrant Bui Vien backpacker district and several pedestrian zones, is renowned for its lively nightlife, with entertainment options that stay open until late.

Bui Vien Walking Street, stretching 1,400 meters, is lined with bars, nightclubs, dance venues, and restaurants, making it one of Vietnam's busiest nightlife hubs.

The city is also home to approximately 500 karaoke parlors, bars, and discos.

Another Vietnamese representative, Da Nang, known for its long, sandy beaches, ranked 10th in the region for nightlife.

The city has recently turned pedestrian bridges into busy nighttime venues to attract foreign tourists.
