The airport had last week proposed the special gate to reduce congestion caused by fans gathering to see popular entertainers.
However, the plan drew criticism from lawmakers and the public, who viewed it as preferential treatment and expressed concerns over the lack of clarity regarding who would be eligible to use the designated lanes, Allkpop reported.
