Pork rib soup with durian is a specialty from Vietnam's Central Highlands, perfectly combining the durian's rich taste with the sweetness of the pork ribs.

Ingredients:

- 3-5 bulbs of unripe durian

- 300 grams of pork ribs

- 1 dry onion

- Green onion

- Coriander

- Seasonings (salt, pepper)

- Fish sauce

Preparations:

1. Prepare the ribs:

- Fill a pot with water and add a little salt.

- Bring the water to a boil, then add the cleaned pork ribs.

- Boil the ribs for about five minutes, then remove them from the pot and rinse under cool water.

- Transfer the ribs to a pressure cooker, add the dry onion, and cook until tender.

2. Prepare the durian:

- Remove the seeds from the durian bulbs and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.

- Chop the green onion and coriander.

3. Cook the soup:

- Once the ribs are soft, add the durian pieces to the pressure cooker and boil for around five minutes, ensuring the durian remains crunchy.

- Add fish sauce and seasonings to taste.

- Add the chopped green onion and coriander, then turn off the cooker.
