- 3-5 bulbs of unripe durian
- 300 grams of pork ribs
- 1 dry onion
- Green onion
- Coriander
- Seasonings (salt, pepper)
- Fish sauce
1. Prepare the ribs:
- Fill a pot with water and add a little salt.
- Bring the water to a boil, then add the cleaned pork ribs.
- Boil the ribs for about five minutes, then remove them from the pot and rinse under cool water.

2. Prepare the durian:

- Add fish sauce and seasonings to taste.
