Vehicles bypass railroad barriers as incoming train approaches

The vehicles tried to cross the track in Yen Thuong Commune, Gia Lam District on August 7, as signal lights were blinking to warn of an incoming train, which arrived 90 seconds later.

Those who cross tracks while barricades are down face fines between VND300,000-500,000 ($12.63-21.05), according to Vietnamese traffic regulations.
