23-year-old bodybuilding champ found dead in bar toilet

The young bodybuilder's mysterious death is under investigation by Mexican police, according to The Sun.

Disner had left his table at Kows Bar to have a cup of water shortly before the fatal incident last week. Minutes later, two gunshots were heard from the restroom. People rushed to the scene and discovered Disner with gunshot wounds to his stomach and head. The bar was quickly evacuated after the discovery.

Paramedics arrived but pronounced Disner dead at the scene.

Authorities are reviewing CCTV footage from the bar and nearby areas to gather more information. Some suggested Disner shot himself, but authorities are continuing to explore all possible theories. Some local reports indicated that he had been drinking heavily before the incident.

Disner was a rising star in the bodybuilding world, having won Mr. America and Mr. Mexico titles in 2023. He was also a well-known fitness influencer, sharing intense workout videos with his thousands of followers on Instagram and TikTok.

Following his death, fans flooded social media with tributes.

"You leave a great emptiness to everyone and to the people who surrounded you," one fan wrote. Others described Disner as an "inspiration" and expressed how much he would be missed.

Disner's father, Jorge Disner, serves as the commander of the homicide investigation unit at the Mexico City Attorney General's Office.

Another beloved bodybuilder, Mark Taylor, also known as MeatAXE, died last week after suffering a medical emergency while driving his son to a birthday party. Despite efforts from paramedics to save his life, the 50-year-old died before his wife arrived at the scene.
