England national footballer Kyle Walker reportedly has not patched things up with his wife Annie Kilner despite moving back to their home after getting kicked out for fathering another child with his mistress.

Walker, 34, got booted out of the family’s $4.4 million home in Cheshire by Kilner at last year’s Christmas after he was exposed for fathering a second child with Lauryn Goodman, an influencer.

Kilner announced their separation shortly after that and Walker has been trying to save their marriage since. He rented a mansion nearby to stay close to his family and even issued a public apology for his actions.

Things were getting better for the couple as at the Euro 2024 in July, Kilner and the kids came to Germany to support Walker. England went all the way to the final but lost the title to Spain.

The Sun reported that Walker has now returned to the Cheshire on a "trial basis". The England defender still has to sleep in a separate bed on the third floor.

Kilner, 31, remained scarred by Walker’s betrayal and told her friends that they are not back together.

Walker and Kilner tied the knot in 2022 and have four kids together.

Before that, in 2020, Walker fathered his first child with Goodman while he was still with Kilner and got kicked out of the house for the first time. The couple was able to patch things up, with Walker cutting contact with Goodman.

However, Walker reportedly resumed his contact with Goodman in October 2022 after he went to London. Their second child was born in August 2023.

"They don't want the kids to come from a broken home and they have been together since they were 16 years old, so they are each others' worlds," a source told Daily Mail. Annie is protective of the boys and doesn't want to get a divorce. Kyle wants to be home with Annie and the children.

"They are not back together in the sense that all is forgiven and forgotten but they are physically living in the same place and trying to work out a path through it all."

Walker is considered one of the best right-backs of his generation. Since joining Man City from Tottenham Hotspur in 2017, he has won five Premier Leagues, two FA Cups, four EFL Cups, two English Super Cups, one Champions League, one European Super Cup, and one Club World Cup.
