According to Marca, Campello only wanted her children and friends to enter the pitch of Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany to celebrate the Euro title with Morata, after Spain defeated England 2-1 in the final. Campello apparently did not have a good relationship with Morata's family, so she did not want Morata's parents or relatives to be there.
Morata did not agree with that request and it led to a tense argument. Their relationship quickly went downhill from there, to the point of no return. On Aug. 12, Morata announced that he had ended his marriage with Campello, surprising many football fans.
The couple had been together for seven years and had four children together. Their lawyers are said to be working on divorce proceedings.

There were rumors that Morata was having an affair, but the pair immediately denied it, affirming that they still love each other. Campello used the word "bull****" in response to the rumors Morata had another woman during their marriage, Daily Mail reported.
This summer, Morata, 31, moved to Italy to play for AC Milan after two years at Atletico Madrid. He revealed that this move was like an "escape" from Spain.
"I am tired of people saying that I was unfaithful to Alice because I didn't even go to the national team party so that this type of rumor wouldn't arise," Morata said on La 1. "I am devastated. I have fled Spain because I cannot bear the pressure and criticism any longer."
Morata also insisted that he and Campello remain on good terms for the sake of their children, but that their break-up is irreversible.
According to Vamos a Ver, the assets and earnings during their marriage will be divided evenly between the two. Morata is said to have no issue with this and is willing to give Campello half of his assets. He does not demand any profits from Campello's business. Both are keen to avoid court.
