Two Vietnam resorts among world's best for family

Located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street near My Khe Beach in Da Nang, Premier Village Danang Resort ranked seventh in the category of best hotels for family at the annual Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Hotels awards.

Covering 15 hectares, the resort is around eight kilometers from Da Nang International Airport and has over 100 coastal and garden villas.

One of the biggest highlights is that all the villas are surrounded by tropical jungle and have private spaces for children, making it ideal for families during the summer holidays.

A night’s stay costs from VND12 million (US$510).

Located along Canh Duong beach in Lang Co Bay that connects Hue and Da Nang, Angsana Lang Co has 229 rooms and suites surrounded by tropical jungle. Angsana placed at 17th in the same best family hotels category.

"With an abundance of recreational and leisure options, from mountain hiking to golfing and swimming, the resort is a fabulous tropical getaway for families," Tripadvisor writes.

The resort offers water sports activities and swimming pools for young people, while room rates start from VND2.9 million (US$120).

To compile the list, Tripadvisor analyzed 12 months of review data between January 1 and December 31 from actual travelers covering more than 1.5 million hotels.
