The flight operated by Uzbekistan Airways landed at the Phu Quoc International Airport on Tuesday morning.
The visitors will stay on the island for nine days.
Bui Quoc Thai, director of the Kien Giang Province Department of Tourism, said Uzbekistan Airways would operate 18 flights to Phu Quoc by March and the flight frequency will be increased later depending on travel demand, Kien Giang news portal reported.
Phu Quoc has been receiving a lot of international flights in recent months, signaling the busy year-end tourism season.
It received over four million visitors in the first 10 months, including 154,000 foreigners, to achieve 86% of this year's target.
