Just five kilometers north of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the street is home to shopping stores and luxury restaurants serving international cuisine.
Time Out recommended guests to try Spanish tapas at Olé Restaurant, paired with handcrafted cocktails and wine or drink matcha imported directly from Japan at Nagocha.

To compile the list, the magazine reached out to a global team of local expert editors and contributors, who each made a case for the coolest street in their city. Then, it narrowed down the selection to create a definitive ranking of the best avenues, thoroughfares, streets and boulevards on the planet.
High Street in Australia’s Melbourne was named the world’s coolest, followed by Hollywood Road in Hong Kong and East Eleventh in the U.S.
Jalan Petaling in Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur also made it onto the list.
