Noi Bai jumped 31 places to 96th place while Da Nang moved up seven places to 94th in the ranking as part of the Skytrax World Airport Awards 2024, which are based on passenger satisfaction surveys covering a range of categories, including check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security, immigration, and departure.
In recent years, Noi Bai airport has improved the quality of services such as installing phone charging points, offering free Wi-Fi, and ensuring infrastructure for people with disabilities.
Da Nang airport, around three kilometers from the downtown area, is Vietnam's third largest after Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Son Nhat and Hanoi's Noi Bai.

The 85-hectare airport is designed to serve 4 million international and 6 million domestic passengers a year.
This year, Doha's Hamad International was named the best airport in the world, followed by Changi (Singapore) and Seoul Incheon.
