ICISN is an annual forum where researchers and scientists exchange, discuss, publish scientific research, and share academic knowledge. Over the past three seasons, the ICISN conference has attracted the participation of scientists and researchers from hundreds of educational institutions and business representatives from many other countries around the world, such as the U.K., the U.S., Egypt, India, China, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea.
Following the success, the ICISN 2024 conference organizers continue to invite authors to submit quality research works to participate in the conference.

The contents exchanged and discussed are in the fields of communications, distributed computers and networks, computational intelligence for language and speech processing, software engineering and software development methods, processing signals, microwave engineering, antennas and wave transmission.

The conference does not have restrictions on participants. Scientists, business representatives, student managers and students can register and take on operational roles at ICISN 2024.
Review papers proposed to be accepted for publication and reports at the conference will be published by Springer Publishing House in the book Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) in the categories SCOPUS, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, and SCImago.
This is the most reputable publisher in the world and provides easy access to information through the SpringerLink and Nature.com platforms for more than 250 million researchers each year.
Papers presented at the conference meet the standards of novelty, scientificity, iteration speed with other processes not exceeding 15%, and full paper format as required by Springer Publishing House.
ICISN 2024 has the participation of Dr. Pham Van Cu of Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology; Professor Pradeep Kumaar of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at Urdu Maulana Azad National University, India; Dr. Le Anh Ngoc of Swinburne Vietnam; Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh of Hanoi University of Industry; and Professor Tran Duc Tan of Phenikka University.
This year, besides overall activities and researchers and scientists, the organizing committee also has an exchange session specifically for business leaders called Industrial Road, with the desire to build a complete state ecosystem between research, technology application, and schools.
Leaders of companies and large corporations will participate in the discussion from a business perspective and propose strategies to apply research to practical results smoothly and effectively.
