Cong Tri collection tinged with nostalgia

Inspired by outfits in the 80s, which has proved enduring popular in Vietnam in recent years, Tri has designed his new outfits with "more toughness" to allow wearers to express their individual personalities. Black and white are the main colors of the collection.

An exaggerated suit combines with a sequinned skirt. Cong Tri is expected to continue showcasing his signature aesthetics via cutting techniques, interlacing, hand-ironed pleating and knitting with an emphasis on embellishments with jewels and sequins in this collection.

Tri’s special knitting technique is showcased in this outfit featuring a white long-sleeved crop top and a glowing multi-layer sequinned, overflowing frock.

Tri also promises another collection will be revealed on the first day of the Vietnam International Fashion Week, which will be held December 3-6 in Ho Chi Minh City. The upcoming fashion week marks Tri’s return to the domestic fashion scene after releasing two collections to acclaim at the New York Fashion Week in February and September 2019. Several international celebrities including Miley Cyrus, Kelly Rowland, Sandra Oh and Margot Robbie have become his clients after the international shows.
