According to Znews, Thairath reported that Charlie shared the news during a livestream, showing the aftermath of the break-in as the burglars ransacked his home. The actor stated that he would be reporting the theft to the police, as many of the stolen items had significant value, including numerous antiques he had collected over the years.
"Normally, I don’t report incidents like this to the police," Charlie explained. "But with the antiques stolen this time, I must report it. A lot of items were taken—probably thousands of them. Even my violin, cello, and contrabass, which are hundreds of years old, were stolen."
In addition to his valuable antiques, the burglars also took items like chairs and air conditioners, he added.
"Everything is gone. It must have taken them all night to steal everything. They probably needed at least a few hours," Charlie speculated.
Many of Charlie’s fans and colleagues have since offered their support, encouraging him to stay calm while awaiting the authorities' investigation.
Born Charlie Trairat Potjes, the 32-year-old actor gained fame through his role in "Fan Chan" (My Girl), which became Thailand’s highest-grossing film in 2003.
