Mandy made the statement on June 24, sparking speculation about the stress she endured during her relationship with Wang.

Reports from Sohu indicate that Mandy, a businesswoman, has faced comparisons to Hsu, intense public scrutiny, and the challenge of winning over her in-laws in a wealthy family setting. Additionally, she is responsible for Wang’s two children from his former marriage to Hsu and has had to adapt to constant public attention.

Mandy, however, empathizes with Wang and has not voiced complaints about these challenges. Since their marriage in May, she has participated actively in both significant and minor events related to her husband’s business, and has worked on fostering relationships with his friends.

Sources note that Wang and his family have both recognized and appreciated her efforts. Wang even took her to visit her father in China’s southeastern province of Jiangxi for Father’s Day on June 16.

Wang, 43, met Mandy, 25, through a mutual acquaintance. Despite Mandy’s previous marriage, Wang has stated that her past is irrelevant to him, valuing her treatment of him and his children above all.

Wang has acknowledged that Mandy has brought meaningful purpose to his life, appreciating her authenticity and her enjoyment of simple activities like dining at street food stalls and extensive travel. Since beginning their relationship, he has cut down on alcohol and improved his speech, he said.

Wang’s housekeeper has also complimented Mandy for her beauty, gentleness, and kindness.

Wang and Hsu, who were married in 2011 and divorced in 2021, share two children.

Hsu, 48, is famous for her roles in TV series such as "Meteor Garden," "Mars," and "Summer’s Desire."

Three months after her separation from Wang, Hsu remarried 55-year-old South Korean artist DJ Koo, who has since relocated to Taiwan to live with the actress and her children.

Last year, Hsu initiated legal proceedings against Wang and his mother, businesswoman Zhang Lan, for defamation and disclosing private information. The former couple has been embroiled in legal disputes since then.
