[Part 3/4]

Things got better in the second year at the school.

The very first benifit I gained after mastering the alphabet was being able to read a whole story. I also wrote several poems which later on were published in a newspaper for children.

I thought I was pretty famous at that time. Many fans sent me letters complimenting me. These were stepping stones to my writing career.

And to my family’s surprise, I became a journalist even though I had spent eight years learning to play the piano in secondary and high school.
