On Monday, H'Hen Nie attended the movie premiere in Manila, the Philippines, alongside Miss Grand International Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and actress Katleen Phan Vo. During her interactions with Hemsworth, she taught him to greet audiences in Vietnam in Vietnamese.

The actor then said "Xin chao Viet Nam".

Prior to the premiere, Nie, Tien, and Vo attended a workshop held by the film crew, in which they were taught to strike and defend while shooting movies in order to avoid being injured. Other participants in the workshop included actors and actresses from Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Taiwan.

Having participated in an action movie herself, H'Hen Nie said she understood how hard shooting a movie is. She showed her respect towards the attitudes and determination of Hemsworth, as well as other actors who took part in shooting dangerous scenes in the movie.

During the movie premiere, Hemsworth and director Sam Hargrave revealed more details during the filmmaking process. Hemsworth says as he is in his 40s, he feels more pain whenever making mistakes while shooting, compared to when he was in his 20s and 30s.

"Extraction 2" revolves around the story of Tyler Rake (Hemsworth), a mercenary who takes on a dangerous mission to rescue three hostages.

Hemsworth, 40, started his career in Australia before relocating to Hollywood. He rose to international stardom after starring as Thor in several Marvel movies.
