Walsh stated on Instagram that he would fight Paul to avenge Tyson if the former world heavyweight champion asked him to. However, he made it clear that charity would be the main reason for the fight.
"If this ever happened, the money goes to charity. Or no deal," he said.
This comes after Paul's controversial bout against 58-year-old Tyson, which sparked criticism over the weekend over the value of boxing and age gap. Paul, a 27-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer, came out on top with a win.
Following the fight, Walsh took to social media to voice his frustration with Paul.
"Jake Paul is an embarrassment to this sport," Walsh wrote. "If my grandfather were still around, he'd call him out. Absolutely no shame... Love you, Mike."

Earlier this year, Walsh turned down a multi-million dollar offer from Paul's Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), as he believed that the YouTuber-turned-boxer is a joke for the sport.
"I chose the path of boxing. I chose the path of legacy," Walsh wrote on X. "I could be a millionaire right now. Before this fight, I denied a multi-million dollar contract from MVP to fight Jake Paul... I’m not a part of that circus league of boxing."
Walsh, 24, a middleweight man, started his pro boxing career in 2021. Since then, he has accumulated 11 wins out of 12, with five by knockout.
