VIX Securities Company chairwoman quits within 3 months

The company’s board of directors has accepted the resignation and named Nguyen Tuan Dung as her replacement.

Tuyet, elected in November for the 2021-2026 term, holds 21.4 million shares of the company, equivalent to a 3.67% stake.

Ngo Thi Hong Duyen, a member of the company’s supervisory board, has also submitted her resignation.

Established in 2007, VIX Securities had assets of over VND8.1 trillion (US$343.2 million) at the end of last year.
