The company announced this at the EVS35 exhibition in Norway on June 13 where it is promoting its VF8 and VF9 electric cars.
It wants to have at least 25 showrooms in Germany, 20 in France and five in the Netherlands.
The announcement shows the company’s commitment to investing in Europe, Le Thi Thu Thuy, CEO of VinFast Global, said.
It wants to inspire people to transition to electric vehicles for a greener future, she added.
