But it is unclear when the Frankfurt, Paris and Amsterdam offices will open.
The company is set to open its first flagship store in Germany’s Cologne next month and another one in Paris in December.
More are in the works by early 2023.
To support its rollout, VinFast said it already has hundreds of employees with vehicle manufacturing experience and market-specific expertise in place across its European launch markets.
It aims to hire over 200 technicians in the next 12 months to support its after-sales network.
