The subsidiary of property developer FLC has "continued to violate regulations on information disclosure after being restricted to trading," HoSE said Friday.
Under current regulations it should have furnished the report within 20 days from the end of each quarter but failed to do so for the quarter ending June.
The ticker, along with FLC and HAI Agrochem stocks, have been restricted to trading only in the afternoon daily since early June, following delays in submitting financial reports for 2021.
ROS was trading at VND2,800 at the end of Friday’s session after falling over 80 percent from its peak in January.
