News1, as reported by Znews news outlet, notes that the couple has resided in this 330-square-meter penthouse in Achiul Village, Gyeonggi province, since their wedding in 2022. They purchased the property in 2020 for 4.8 billion won, suggesting a potential profit of 2.2 billion won from the sale.
The property is situated in a neighborhood known for its artistic residents, including celebrities like singers Park Jin Young and Jo Sung Mo, and actresses Park Hae Mi, Oh Yeon Seo, and Han So Hee.
Son also sold a luxury villa in Seoul’s Gangnam district, which she bought in 2008 for 3 billion won, last year for 4.8 billion won.
Reports from Hankyung indicate that the couple owns multiple high-value properties, including a 16-billion-won building in Seoul and another commercial building in the city, which was purchased for 4.8 billion won and later developed for commercial use.
Hyun Bin, born Kim Tae Pyung, is a 42-year-old actor known for his breakthrough role in the 2005 TV series "My Name is Kim Sam-soon." His career includes various prominent TV roles, establishing him as a leading figure in the South Korean entertainment industry.
