Masterise Homes opens first-ever JW Marriott Urban Branded Residences in Asia-Pacific

The opening event marked the debut of Sea, the second residential tower within the Grand Marina, Saigon complex developed by Masterise Homes, introducing JW Marriott-branded residences in the region, which are now officially operating in Vietnam.

JW Marriott Residences Grand Marina Saigon, Sea, is located at No. 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This launch follows the successful debut of Marriott Residences Grand Marina, Saigon, Lake, in November 2023.

The opening ceremony was attended by executives from Masterise Homes, Marriott International, and representatives from international partners.

Sea is the second residential tower within Grand Marina, Saigon - a 10-hectare development by Masterise Homes, slated to be the largest Marriott-branded residential project featuring both Marriott and JW Marriott Residences. The development is situated in the historic Ba Son area, formerly the site of the Ba Son shipyard, in District 1, where available land for new residential projects in the city center is highly limited.

Grand Marina, Saigon is integrated into HCMC's transport network, featuring direct access to the newly operational Ba Son underground station on metro line No.1 and four dedicated entry points at the doorstep, offers easy access to the city's prominent landmarks.

Standing 47 floors tall, Sea tower features an L-shaped design with façades inspired by the kapok tree, a historic symbol of HCMC. The tower offers panoramic views of the Saigon River, setting a new standard for branded luxury living in Vietnam.

The Sea Tower is surrounded by landscaped public spaces that combine riverside views with access to the city's cultural and commercial areas.
