The event highlights the project's solid legality, which contributes to the timeless value of Marriott Residences.

The first group of residence owners at Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake received their ownership certificates, also known as pink books on June 28, only more than 6 months after the grand opening of The Residences in November 2023.

Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake is the first building completed in the masterplan featuring the world's largest Marriott-branded residences, developed by Masterise Homes.

The project is located in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with views of the Saigon River, Botanical Garden, and urban landscape.

"Home previously to the historic shipyard of Ba Son, the location is highly sought after due to the limited availability of land for new residential projects in the city center and is distinguished by its historical significance," said a Masterise Homes' representative.

Premium design, construction, and finishing as per Marriott guidelines, combined with hospitality of Marriott hosts who manage the property, complemented by a prime central location, make Marriott Residences a secure, timeless asset whose value is enhanced as the first pink books are handed over to the homeowners.

Pham Hong Phong, one of the residence-owners attending the ceremony and a seasoned real estate investor, expressed his trust in Masterise Homes and the legality of its projects.

"This certificate confirms that my investment is secure and allows easy transfer in the future, thus reinforcing its value and setting me up nicely for future opportunities," Phong said.

Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon, Lake is a part of the 10-hectare masterplan, slated to become the city's new riverside square.

The location features branded residences, a commercial building with Grade A office space and a high-end retail podium, riverside parks, marinas, and direct access to Ba Son metro station.

Many components of the masterplan are gradually taking shape, such as Lotus Park, which has come into operation; the topped-out Marina Central Tower, the commercial building; and the metro line, which will come into operation later this year.

Julian Wyatt, CEO of Masterise Property Management, the company in charge of handing over the Marriott Residences, discussed how the issuance of the first pink books of Marriott Residences, Grand Marina Saigon is another milestone for the development and the developer.

"2024 marks the 10th anniversary of Masterise in the real estate industry. The handover ceremony affirms the brand's reputation and commitment to customers over the past decade, bringing products with clear legalities, timeless value, and lots of investment potential," said Wyatt.

The representative also revealed that Grand Marina, Saigon is the first among the projects of the new era in the company’s history to have pink books issued.

"This ceremony demonstrates the advantages of branded residences developed by Masterise: association with global leading brands and a solid legal basis," said Julian.
