Kusto Home, BIDV Gia Dinh hold signing ceremony of Urban Green project financing

According to the agreement, BIDV will provide a financial package worth up to VND800 billion, and provide loans for the Urban Green project developed by Kusto Home in Thu Duc.

BIDV will also implement a mortgage program for individual customers to buy apartments at Urban Green, whereby, customers in need will be able to sign up for loans worth up to 70 percent of the apartment value.

According to a BIDV representative, loan approval and disbursement procedures will be conducted as quickly as possible to save time and money for customers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Sergey Nam, General Director of Kusto Home, said BIDV is one of the 4 largest state-owned banks in Vietnam, and as of June 2021, BIDV is considered the largest bank in Vietnam by estimated total assets. By establishing this long-term strategic partnership, Kusto Home has once again affirmed the outstanding strength of its management team and its ability to develop projects, Sergey Nam said.

Urban Green is in Thu Duc, next to National Way 13, only 15 minutes from HCMC's business center and 500 meters from two stations of the Metro 3B. This project inherits the resort-home model from Diamond Island, which has created a new standard of luxury living experience for the real estate market in HCMC.

A representative of Kusto Home said that Urban Green will bring Bauhaus architecture to optimize aesthetics and functionality. Besides, it is an outstanding living experience with more than 60 high-class amenities and green spaces all around.

Urban Green's first tower, The Bliss, was introduced in April and was well received by the market. The introduction event of The Aster tower will be held by Kusto Home on Saturday at Gem Center in District 1.
