Home Credit wins three categories at Vietnam HR Awards 2022

Home Credit won "Best HR for Sustainability", "Excellence in Organizational Development and Design" and "Best Talent Management Strategy" at Vietnam HR Awards 2022.

A sustainable HR strategy is the main driver of this achievement, the company's officials said after the award ceremony at the end of November.

For the "Best HR for Sustainability" award, the company has focused on developing an inclusive, equitable, and engaging workplace that fosters diversity and promotes talents, particularly the workforce in digital transformation.

The company has tried to balance diversity in gender, age, nationality, expertise, and working background.

"Home Credit utilizes the Build-Buy-Borrow strategies to obtain new talents and enhance the organization's strength," said Alexis Pham, Chief People Officer at Home Credit Vietnam.

The company focuses on digital transformation in operation, such as digitizing the entire HR process, providing a stable working environment, and boosting employee experiences across the board, as evidenced by the "Excellence in Organizational Development and Design" award.

In 2022, Home Credit developed and successfully launched the Candidate Mobile App (CMA). This smartphone app allows job candidates to participate in the selection and onboarding processes.

All employment contracts can now be signed thanks to the company's effective use of e-signatures. OpenText, a cloud-based data management tool is being developed for employees to access their HR documents.

According to the company's representative, investing in employee development through training, development, and coaching is crucial during digital transformation.

The company anticipates building a sustainable, professional workforce through hybrid learning solutions that may address employees' daily work issues and provide them with new abilities to contribute to the organization's long-term strategy.

Home Credit has short, medium, and long-term plans for recruiting and attracting talents focused on ensuring the best experience for candidates and new employees when joining the company, earning it the title of "Best Talent Management ".

The unit also invests in fostering new talent through programs like Home Racer, which gives participants a chance to work with senior management, specialists from across the world, and domestic experts.
