FPT Corporation honored as great place to work in 2023

According to Great Place to Work (GPTW), a global authority on workplace culture, FPT has been recognized based on an employee survey conducted in August.

The survey results show that the company is highly rated by employees in areas including fairness, friendly work environment, employee pride in the organization, colleague camaraderie, and satisfaction with leadership.

FPT Corporation was established on September 13, 1988, by 13 co-founders. As of August 2023, the group had more than 63,000 employees worldwide, including 5,000 staff members working abroad in 30 countries and 2,500 foreigners.

With its global presence and scale, FPT aims to build a happy workplace to pave the way for growth in the coming years.

People are identified as the heart of the organization. Therefore, the corporation frequently introduces distinctive HR policies, focusing on enhancing the employee experience to meet the needs of the younger generation and demonstrating its flexibility and continuous innovation.

One that stands out is the housing and settlement policy, which intends to provide homes and vehicles for 6,000 employees within the next three years. Currently, 2,600 employees are benefiting from the program.

In addition to offering prompt support to employees and their families, FPT strives to create a comprehensive ecosystem where modern amenities and facilities, such as swimming pools, gyms, cafes, football fields, tennis courts, golf courses... are available in every office location. There will soon be "FPT villages" in Japan and the United States to provide employees with full facilities.

Before this, FPT Software, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation, was honored as an excellent workplace in Japan and the United States by GPTW.
