Elevator digital media channels have proven to be highly effective in enhancing brand recognition and recall, ultimately driving consumer purchases, according to experts at a recent forum on elevator digital media in Ho Chi Minh City.

The event, held in August, was co-organized by Chicilon Media Group and MMA Global.

In the era of information overload, public attention is increasingly fragmented as consumers turn to online sources for information. This poses challenges for advertisers in selecting the right platforms and developing effective strategies, experts said.

Dheeraj Raina, Marketing and Communications Director at Mastercard Southeast Asia, highlighted that among various digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising formats, elevator advertising offers a unique opportunity to connect with the public while effectively conveying brand narratives and commercial messages.

With robust local marketing capabilities and well-established measurement metrics, elevator media channels are poised to become a powerful medium in the advertising landscape.

A representative from Chicilon Media emphasized the advantages of elevator digital media, particularly its high and precise reach. This advertising channel leverages frequent exposure to target core consumer groups, thereby enhancing brand recognition and recall, which in turn drives consumer conversion.

Chicilon Media exemplifies the impact of this medium, with 40,000 advertising screens in major cities reaching up to 40 million people daily.

Representatives and experts from renowned international companies, including Nielsen IQ, Group M, Omega, and Vista Media, also shared the latest research findings and successful case studies in the field of digital elevator media.

The forum's discussions were praised for their depth and practical relevance, marking a significant milestone for the digital elevator media industry in Vietnam.

The organizers expressed optimism that the event would pave the way for further development and innovation in this media sector.
